POSH + LIFE + MIAMI is an Avant Garde Blog which takes Fashion On a Mission to Inspire Change within the Fashion and Beauty Industry. Written and Curated by the Outspoken Miami native, Socialite and Philanthropist Eva Peralta. Eva recognizes the power the Fashion and Beauty Industry have over Cultural Perceptions - and she's not afraid to challenge them, for the love of Fashion and Social good. She uses her blog to promote Local Designers, Diverse Models, Inspiring Women, Charity Events + Fashion Shows and Futuristic Fashion that can improve our lives. Eva is determined to "Be a Voice" for Women's and Social Issues by using Fashion as her platform. Her main objective through this Blog and her work is to help others to Think Posh + Speak Life + Inspire Miami. 

Eva is the Creative Director merging Fashion + Philanthropy at DOC IT (Detect Ovarian Cancer In Time) Foundation www.docit1.org and hosts Fundraising events to raise money for Ovarian Cancer Research. 

  

The most recent event was the YOGA + BRUNCH Fundraiser benefiting DOC IT Foundation for Ovarian Cancer Awareness and Research. The event took place in Calle Ocho, YOGA was Sponsored by Om Beats Yoga Studio and held inside the Art Gallery thanks to Viernes Culturales, BRUNCH + #OvaChat took place next door inside the Azure Design Plant Art Boutique and the food was sponsored by local restaurants and bakeries. This event was such a success that she will be hosting the next one in July, same location, same sponsors but this time with Zumba. As a self-proclaimed feminist, she advocates for women's rights and is known to be very vocal against sexual violence against women and girls. Eva is also a fierce advocate for her community which is currently fighting back against Gentrification. 

When Ekaterina Juskowski, found herself defending Miami women on her travels, around the globe. She felt a desire to highlight what Miami Women are really like. This led her to create the Miami Girls Foundation; their mission..... to evoke social change by example and redefine what it means to be a Miami Girl thus eliminating the negative social stereotypes. 

By combining her passion for fashion & advocacy Eva has managed to merge these two worlds by making meaningful relationships with local designers, community leaders and the movers and shakers in the fashion industry.
