Hello Lovelies - This is my Introduction

So, i've been pondering on the thought of starting a blog for quite some time now but I never got around to do so because, well, frankly....I just didn't know where to begin.

I did some research on the subject and the most resonant idea was to "learn what people want to read about and write about that".But that emphasizes on the belief that we should mold our thoughts and words to cater to what others want to hear. 

So I stepped back...and prayed about it. I had to look deep within myself and ask myself tough questions. 

This helped me realize that while looking for guidance on how to write my first blog, I had lost my perspective, my vision, the reason why I wanted to begin a blog in the first place. 

I'm here to use blogging as a medium for my own self-expression. My goal through blogging is to help create Awareness to causes I hold dear to my heart. I want to share not just my own, but the stories of others who are moving mountains stone by stone. Stories of resilience and strength through adversity. 

I want to share what inspires me, and lifts my spirits, in the hopes that it will do the same for you. I want to make you think in the hopes of creating conversation. I want to share words of encouragement and get to know you.

I will also use this opportunity to promote my Jewelry designs. Which is another medium for my self-expression in the efforts to inspire Confidence, Empowerment, Love, Hope and Faith.

From the Wynwood Graffiti art walls, Miami Beach's sand and surf, to Little Havana's exotic cultural diversity. All are places and atmospheres from which i've drawn my inspiration from.

My designs are born through inspiration i've acquired through a mixture of exposure to a wide range of Cultural, Artistic, and Natural elements. Thus making my jewelry line "Posh.Life.Miami" as unique as the city it was founded in.

~ I have worked with a local non-profit Organization called 
Doc It Foundation, which is helping young Girls and Women battling this terrible disease to find Hope for a Cure by funding research to develop a screening test that will diagnose this cancer in time, therefore improving their odds of survival while Also searching for a cure. They also help these Girls and Women feel Beautiful while they undergo treatment by providing them with Free Wigs and Makeovers. Doc It is also raising funds to help women who have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer but have low resources or no insurance so that they too can have a fighting chance.

I might also post about other topics such as Beauty and Fashion because after all...i'm a total girly girl. 

But as you get to know me you will find I have a passion for  the fashion Industry, and a desire to change the media's perception of Beauty and Desirability through God's love. If that ever happens, only God knows...but the desire is there.
